Refunds & Returns
We hope your candles arrive beautifully and bring warmth to your home. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

We take great care to ensure every candle is well protected, but on rare occasions damage may occur during transit. We will replace or refund any damaged items when photographic proof is provided within 7 days of delivery.
Please note that we cannot refund or replace candles that have been used.
If your parcel arrives damaged and you prefer a refund, you may return your unused candle(s) within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact us for further details.
