UK Deliveries

At The Velvet Rose Candle Company, we currently ship across the UK only.

Free standard UK delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class) is available on all orders over £50. Your basket total must reach £50 after any discount codes are applied to qualify. No code is required — this offer is automatically applied at checkout and is available to private customers only.

We carefully pack and ship all UK orders within 1–3 working days. Standard delivery is sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class and typically arrives within 2–4 business days.

Wholesale and high‑value orders are shipped with FedEx or DPD Local on a 48‑hour or next‑day service. Tracking details will be emailed to you as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.

You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order is on its way. If you need your candles sooner, please contact us before placing your order — we’ll always do our best to help.

Promotional Codes

From time to time, we may release promotional codes. These can be used on all private orders, regardless of value.
